Shipping & Delivery Information

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed Mon–Fri before 2 PM PT ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM PT, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

  • If resizing or customization is requested, please allow 1–3 extra business days for processing.

Delivery time = Processing time + Carrier shipping time. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes or remote areas.

  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier.


Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at help@jewelrycoinsnmore.com. We will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it using the instructions above. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
